Before travel
Send clear front, three-quarter, and side photos in natural light, plus the date and method of any previous under-eye surgery, filler, fat grafting, or laser care. The goal is to classify the likely cause before you book flights.
ST’s English pathway starts with remote photo review and prior-procedure history, then moves to in-person diagnosis in Seoul when surgery may be appropriate.

Consultation focuses on whether the concern is protruding orbital fat, a persistent tear-trough groove, hollowing, laxity, pigmentation, prior over-correction, or a mixed pattern. Surgery is recommended only when the diagnosis supports it.
Revision healing is slower than primary surgery. Plan enough time for early swelling checks, suture or wound-care guidance when relevant, and written follow-up instructions before returning home.
You do not need to decide on surgery first. Send photos and prior procedure history, and ST will help you begin comfortably.
